My Approach
Working with me as your personal trainer, we will tailor an exercise and nutrition program that works for you. I will ensure that you get the most out of our time together and feel equipped to make beneficial choices on your own.
My clients tell me that my advice and coaching has helped them to feel stronger, fitter and more able to take on tasks they previously wouldn’t have been able to. This has the knock on effect of making them happier and better able to enjoy their time with friends and family as well as being more productive at work.

About Me
I have been a qualified personal trainer and online coach for over ten years and have trained individuals of all fitness levels. I use my experience as a former national level competitive powerlifter to help my clients achieve results they can be proud of with a focus on strength, body composition and fat loss.
As a cancer survivor, I know what it feels like to be at a low ebb physically and mentally. I’m an empathetic trainer and will listen to you, understand what you need and never cast judgement.
I believe fitness is for everyone and will work with you to fit exercise and good nutrition into your lifestyle.
